Tax-Exempt Status & Public Disclosure: 4 Gone Still Strong is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Utah. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. As a newly established organization, our inaugural IRS Form 990 tax return will be made publicly available here immediately upon completion of our first fiscal year.

State Registration: Registered with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. In compliance with the Utah Charitable Solicitations Act, financial and licensing documentation may be obtained from the Utah Department of Commerce.

Governance & Board Independence: Our Board of Directors operates under a strict Conflict of Interest policy to ensure absolute operational integrity. In compliance with Utah state law, our governing board consists of at least three independent, unrelated individuals who serve entirely as uncompensated volunteers.
