Lilia and Her Family

Following a tragic boating accident, she sustained injuries resulting in bilateral leg amputation, and they now face a long and difficult recovery journey. 4 GONE STILL STRONG is committed to supporting this family, and we are seeking assistance from the community. We are coordinating an accessible home renovation to provide Lilia with a safe, functional, and supportive living environment. We had the pleasure of meeting Lilia, her husband, their 16 year old son and her sweet mom yesterday.

They are a incredible family and Lilia desperately needs help with many experiences that she is facing after the tragic boating accident she was in on July 11th in bear lake that left her a bilateral leg amputee.
Lilia is the bravest woman I have ever met, after hearing her story of survival yesterday, she has great faith that kept her calm in her time of need. She is motivated to walk again and get home as soon as possible to be with her little family.

She is going to have so many expenses, hospital bills, lost wages and bills that pile up so fast, expensive prosthetics, home repairs, Moe is meeting with her husband today to see what will need to be done to prepare where they are going to be living for her accessible space. They are going to have to move in with a family member because the home she lives in has stairs.
The list goes on and on of the things she is going to need.
Change is challenging especially when everything changed overnight all at once!

Please help share her go fund me and please reach out if you are able to volunteer to help with her home repairs.

4 GONE STILL STRONG will be planning for fundraising events to do whatever we can to help Lilia and her sweet family get through this very hard time.

Lilia and her wonderful family after her accident.
